What investment fees will be charged?

Only subscription fee is charged when you place a buy order via Digital Wealth Advisory. No other additional fee is charged by us directly. While fund managers will receive management fee deducted from the fund and is reflected in the daily fund price.

Buy funds via Featured Funds Services, the fund platform fee shall be charged monthly and will be debited from your Core Account on or before the 7th business day of each month. The fund platform fee of a month is an aggregate amount of the daily fee within the month. Daily fee is calculated based on the daily market value of all your settled fund holdings in HKD (or HKD equivalent based on daily reference rate) under Featured Funds Services, excluding all money market fund holdings, multiplied by the fund platform fee monthly rate and divided by the number of calendar days of the month. Fund platform fee accrued in a month (if any) will be shown on the corresponding Investment Account Monthly Statement. For details of the prevailing fund platform fee monthly rate, please refer to the “General Services Charges”. The fund company may also charge management fees and other fees. You can refer to the relevant fund documents for details. We will receive rebates based on the management fees charged by the fund company. Please refer to "General Service Charges" for details.

How is the Time Deposit principal calculated? Any maximum principal?

The time deposit principal is equal to your eligible transaction amount during the promotion period. If you only submit one or more eligible transaction instruction(s) during the promotion period, the maximum principal of the designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit you are entitled to is HKD 5,000,000, regardless of the number of submission(s) of eligible transaction instruction(s).

Do we only accept new fund for Designated GoSave 2.0 time Deposit under this promotion?

Yes, we only accept “New Fund” for Designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit. However, the Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept non-New Fund for setting up the Designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit.

How is “New Fund” calculated? When do I need to deposit?

“New Fund” refers to the net growth of the Core Account balance as of the day end of 16 October 2023 as compared with that as of the day end of 28 September 2023 after deducting any amount withdrawn from the Core Account during the Promotion Period. The New Fund shall exclude funds from Time Deposit maturity, early partial or full withdrawal of Time Deposit, any deposit interest amount and cash rebate amount that is given by the Bank, and redemption amount of mutual fund investment.

When can I join the Designated GoSave 2.0 Time Deposit?

The designated savings route will be available no later than 4 working days after the placement of the Eligible Transaction to the day end of 31 October 2023.
