Eligible customers are also responsible for all additional costs incurred in accepting and using tickets, including but not limited to handling fees and mailing cost6.

1New customers must not hold any account with the Bank in the 12 months prior to the opening of the HKD Core Account (the "Eligible Account").

2Tickets are limited in quantity. If the total number of tickets entitled by all eligible customers exceeds the actual number of tickets available to be distributed under this campaign, tickets will be distributed based on the time of submission of the account opening application by the eligible customers, with priority given to the eligible customers who submit their account opening applications earlier. If the tickets have been distributed, the Bank will instead provide a cash reward of HK$1,880 or HK$3,760 equivalent to the value of one or two ticket(s) (the "Substitute Reward"). The Substitute Reward will be deposited into the Eligible Account on or before November 30, 2025. The Bank reserves the sole and final discretion to determine whether an eligible customer qualifies for the ticket(s) or Substitute Reward.

3ā€œNew Fundsā€ refers to the Total Balance of eligible customers as of 9 May 2025. ā€œTotal Balanceā€ refers to aggregate HKD equivalent balance of all accounts with the Bank, which can be viewed on the WeLab Bank Mobile App.

4Eligible customers must maintain a Daily Average Total Relationship Balance equal to or greater than the New Funds from May 10, 2025, to November 9, 2025 (both days inclusive, the "Lock-up Period").

The "Daily Average Total Relationship Balance" is the average balance obtained by dividing the sum of the daily Total Balances in each of the following periods by the total number of calendar days in the corresponding period: (i) May 10 to June 9, 2025; (ii) June 10 to July 9, 2025; (iii) July 10 to August 9, 2025; (iv) August 10 to September 9, 2025; (v) September 10 to October 9, 2025; and (vi) October 10 to November 9, 2025.

5To ensure the eligible customer meets the requirement to maintain Daily Average Total Relationship Balance within the Lock-up Period, the Bank will collect a deposit of HK$4,500 per ticket (the ā€œDepositā€), which will be deducted from his/her Eligible Account on May 15, 2025. The Deposit will be refunded to the Eligible Account on or before November 30, 2025. If the eligible customer fails to meet the above-said requirement or fails to maintain an active Eligible Account within the Lock-up Period, the deposit will not be refunded to cover the costs of the tickets and the Bankā€™s related administrative fees and expenses.

6The personal information of eligible customers may be transferred to a third-party service provider appointed by the Bank for ticket redemption arrangements, and eligible customers are required to bear all additional costs incurred in accepting and using the tickets. The third-party service provider will notify eligible customers of the ticket collection arrangements on or before May 21, 2025 by email to the email address recorded by the Bank. The third-party service providers will charge an eligible customer an administrative handling fee of HK$120 per ticket, along with mailing fees ( HK$50 for Hong Kong / HK$200 for Mainland China). All fees collected are non-refundable. Eligible New Customers may also be required to personally collect the tickets at a designated address in Hong Kong. Specific details will be separately communicated by the Bank or the third-party service provider.
