- A Bakery Merchant shall mean a merchant with merchant codes defined as bakery by the card association from time to time. This list is for reference only.
- This Offer is launched by WeLab Bank independently and there is no partnership, sponsorship, affiliation or any other arrangement between WeLab Bank and any of the Bakery Merchants.
- The Bakery Merchants shall have the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject WeLab Debit Card to settle payment. If you wish to know whether a Bakery Merchant and/or its branch accepts WeLab Debit Card or there is any condition for the Bakery Merchant and/or its branch to accept of WeLab Debit Card (e.g. minimum spending amount) , please directly contact the Bakery Merchant or its branch.
- If you make a purchase in a Bakery Merchant which is located in other merchant (e.g. a supermarket), the relevant transaction may be considered as the transaction with such other merchant (but not the Bakery Merchant). If the merchant code of such other merchant defined by the card association is not bakery, the relevant transaction will not be eligible to this Offer.
