When is the promotion period
1. The WeLab Bank x The COFFEE ACADEMICS 25% Promotion (“Promotion”) period shall be from the effective date to 31 December 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise specified by us.
Who can participate in the Promotion
2. The Promotion is only applicable to Welab Bank Limited’s (“WeLab Bank”, “we”, “our” or “us”) customers who holds a valid account with us；or WeLab Bank customers who have submitted the WeLab Bank account application (“you” or “your”). Eligible evidence for submitting a WeLab Bank account application is outlined in Appendix A.
What is the Promotion
3. During the Promotion Period, you may enjoy an 25% discount for every of the following purchases you make:
(a) if you make a purchase using the WeLab Debit Card, in a single receipt, at the COFFEE ACADEMICS E-shop, and enter the promotional code before checkout:

Promotional code: "WeLab + first 6 digits of your WeLab Debit Card number" (e.g. WeLab123456)
This discount will only be eligible for WeLab Bank customers with a valid WeLab Debit Card, and will not be eligible for WeLab Bank customers who have submitted the WeLab Bank account application but do not have access to a WeLab Debit Card.
(b) if you purchase takeaway items (including but not limited to: coffee, a la carte food items, and retail coffee beans) , in a single receipt, at any Coffee Academic physical store. Please note that this Promotion is not applicable to dine-in.
General Terms and Conditions you should know
4. Any products and/or services offered by The COFFEE ACADEMICS are supplied and/or provided by The COFFEE ACADEMICS. WeLab Bank makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services. WeLab Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of enjoying this Promotion, and any of the products and/or services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
5. Products and/or services provided directly by The COFFEE ACADEMICS may be subject to their terms and conditions.
6. Any breach of applicable laws or regulations, fraud, abuse and/or non-compliance by you (as determined at our sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion. This Promotion is non-transferrable and not exchangeable for cash or items.
7. The availability and/or prices of all The COFFEE ACADEMICS’ products and/or services are determined solely by The COFFEE ACADEMICS and are subject to change from time to time without notice. WeLab Bank reserve the right to suspend, modify or terminate this Promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, the decision of WeLab Bank and The COFFEE ACADEMICS shall be final, conclusive, and binding.
8. If you have any complaints or disputes in relation to their products and/or services, you shall directly contact The COFFEE ACADEMICS at [email protected] .
9. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions in The COFFEE ACADEMICS stores, except the “WeLab Debit Card 1% Base Rebate Offer” and other promotions offered between WeLab Bank and The COFFEE ACADEMICS.
