Can I request for a physical Debit Card?
Yes, you can request a physical debit card anytime in the Debit Card page after login to our App .The physical debit card will be arrived to your registered address in 7 – 14 calendar days upon your successful submission of the request (delivery time may vary due to postal carrier services).There is no fee incurred for such physical card application but if you choose to mail to the address located in China, we will charge you HKD 35 as postage fee.
