Is the app or web bank usable for persons with hearing impairment or visual impairment?
We design our app with reference to W3C principles. In addition, the app and website support iOS and Android's native Accessibility (Voiceover and Zoom) functions for visually impaired customer accessibility. Hearing-impaired customers are welcome to contact us to have general inquiries or book appointments for banking services via email or mail.
