Can I still log in to my account if I install the app on my new mobile phone?
If you've just installed the WeLab Bank app on a new mobile phone, after you logged in, we'll first send you one-time password (OTP) to your registered mobile number, then request you to take a selfie to verify it's you. We will then be able to register your new mobile phone by set up the mobile security key (MSK) and deregister the previous one after.
