How do I know if I am applying for banking services as a person with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs)?
You will be a PWIDs applying for banking services if you:(a) hold a valid Registration Card for People with Disabilities issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; or(b) declare that you are a PWID.
