As a person with intellectual disabilities (PWID), who can I bring to accompany and assist me to open a bank account in person?
PWIDs applying for banking services may be accompanied and assisted by their family members (spouses, parents, siblings, or children attaining the age of 18 years), guardians, registered social workers, or employees of the relevant social welfare institutions, and the accompanying person shall not be PWIDs.
