What accounts and services can a person with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs) open?
A PWIDs can open an HKD Core Account, and WeLab Debit Card with a payment function will be provided to facilitate the PWIDs to meet the daily needs for basic banking services, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, payments, and transfers.
