Can I request not to have a physical card?
Yes, new customers can choose not to have a physical card during account opening journey, but you will not be able to withdraw cash from ATM if you do not have a physical card. If you find that you need a physical card afterwards, you can request a physical card anytime in the card information page, the card will be arrived in 7 – 14 calendar days upon your successful submission of the request. There is no fee incurred for such physical card application.
