How long will it take for refunds to be credited back into my account?

Refunds may take up to 15 days from when the merchant processes it. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 days, please check with the merchant directly for an update.If the merchant confirms that they’ve sent the refund but it’s still not showing up in your account, you can contact us with the following documents:
  • Proof of the original receipt
  • Proof of transaction refund/cancellation
