Can I request to delete the loan information from my credit report?
You can raise a request if your WeLab Bank Debt Consolidation Loan does not have any late payment over 60 days and has been fully settled within 5 years with no outstanding payments. Please complete our "Credit Data Opt-out form" and submit it to us.However, TransUnion can maintain any default payment record (if any) over 60 days for 5 years, starting from the date of the full settlement of your account.
