I just signed my approval letter. When will I get my Personal Loan in Core Account?
Once you have signed your approval letter, the money will be disbursed to your credit card(s) / loan account(s) / Core Account (if applicable). Please contact us via our Customer Service hotline at (852) 3898 6988 if you do not receive your loan within the same day.Also, if part/all of the approved amount disbursed via cheque by registered letter, it will be subjected to our administrative process and mailing schedule of Hongkong Post. Please watch out for the delivery from Hongkong Post.
