What documents are required for a WeLab Bank Card Debt Consolidation Loan application?

You have to provide the below documents under normal circumstances for our approval:Employed - Regular Income
  • Latest 1 month income proof*, and
  • A recent address proof issued within the last 3 months
Freelancer or Employed - Variable income
  • Latest 6 months income proof*, and
  • A recent address proof issued within the last 3 months
Business Owner
  • Latest 3 months personal bank statement, and
  • Latest 6 months company bank statements or salary tax demand note, and
  • A recent address proof issued within the last 3 months
Income proof includes following items, such as:
  • - payroll slip, or
  • - payroll account bank or MPF statement (Contains your name and account number), or
  • - Employment letter / Contract
Latest 3 months residential address proof, such as:
  • - Public utility bill (like electricity bill), or
  • - Statement or advice issued by other financial institutions, e.g. banks, credit card companies, insurance companies or MPF trustee companies, or
  • - Mobile phone, fixed line, broadband or pay television service statement, or
  • - Government rates demand note or tax demand note
Latest settlement Credit card / loan settlement account proof of other bank(s) / financial institution(s)
  • - Credit card copy or Credit card statement
  • - Loan account proof
  • - Settlement account proof
