Can I keep a one-time verification code SMS for authentication?
We are sorry that with effect from 28 January 2024, the One-time verification password (OTP) will be temporarily disabled due to the system upgrade of the system service provider in progress. When you make an online purchase, you will need to log in to WeLab Bank and use biometric authentication or Mobile Security Key to confirm the transaction.If you have not enabled biometric authentication or have forgotten your mobile security key, to ensure that you can purchase online more smoothly, please login to My account > Setting > Change mobile security key / Face ID to activate or reset the relevant services.For any questions, please contact our CS hotline at (852) 3898 6988
